We are confident you will love our club, so we offer a 10-day money-back guarantee. Just email us at [email protected] within 10 days of joining and we will refund any dues or fees you have paid and cancel your membership immediately. After 10 days, standard cancelation policies apply.
When am I billed for my membership?
Memberships are billed bi-weekly. The first payment is typically due two weeks after your start date and bi-weekly thereafter. From time to time, we run special promotions which delays this first payment date.
Are there other fees?
To help maintain Top Safety Standards and keep our clubs in fantastic condition, our physical memberships have a $69.99 annual facilities enhancement fee. This fee is billed three weeks after you join and annually on that date.
What is the process for canceling the membership?
If you need to cancel your in-club membership, please stop by the club, and ask to speak to a manager. After submitting your cancelation, you will be billed just one more billing cycle.

Are there any fees to cancel my membership?
With our Digital+, Flex and “Non-Commit” membership options, there are no cancelation fees. After submitting your cancelation, you will be billed just one more billing cycle.
If you enrolled with a Commit membership and cancel before 26 (bi-weekly) dues payments, there is a $99 cancelation fee.
Can I freeze my membership and what is the process?
Of course! We allow members to freeze for up to 12 weeks a calendar year for only $6 bi-weekly. If you have a medical issue or are having a baby, we will waive the fee and extend the time. Just ask! All freeze requests can be submitted online.
Why are there different rates at different HW locations?
All our clubs are located in different neighborhoods across Greater Boston, and each club has different features and amenities.
Can you apply my corporate discount?
Healthworks has partnerships with over 200 businesses and organizations in the area where we provide discounts to our multi-club membership. If you would like to take advantage of this, please visit our corporate partner online joining page and join using your work email address.
Please note, we reserve the right to increase dues to standard pricing for anyone who joins with a corporate partnership membership without an email address matching the registered partnership. If you would like to see our standard rates, please visit our standard rates joining page.
If I choose the Commit Option, what happens after 12 months?
If you enrolled with a Commit membership your membership adjusts to our Flex membership option after your 26th (bi-weekly) dues payment. You will continue to be billed automatically, no need to manually renew.
If I choose Digital+, how does club access work?
With your Digital+ membership, you may check into any of our Healthworks, or Republic Fitness locations and we will auto-bill you $20/visit using your card on file. This is a great option for someone who is only physically near our clubs 1-2 times a month.
